How Cleaning Glow works

Get an instant quote and schedule your services

Cleaning Glow offers residents of the Metro San Francisco area access to their exclusive booking portal. All you have to do is tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms your home has and select the specific service you want with any add-on services you select.

You’ll be provided with an instant quote without having to speak to anyone! Of course, if you have any questions or want to inquire about any services that aren’t listed on our booking form, feel free to give us a call or send us an email, and we’ll be glad to assist you over the phone and get you an accurate quote for your requested services.

If everything is to your liking on the online portal, you can go ahead and book your cleaning online. We even simplify the process by taking your credit card information over our secure connection, making it super easy to pay for your services after they’ve been performed.

We’ll send you a reminder

With the information you either put into our client portal, we will either send you an email or text reminder to be sure that you haven’t forgotten that we’re coming to clean. Depending on how far out you’ve booked us, we may send you a few reminders, to ensure you remember and just in case something comes up, so you can either log on to the portal to change your booking or give us a call to reschedule. We want to do all the work, so there’s no need to stress and set reminders and leave yourself notes, we’ll make sure you remember that we’re coming.

What happens on the day of the cleaning?

Our background-checked and vetted professionals will arrive promptly on the day you scheduled them. They’ll come prepared with all of the necessary equipment and supplies.

They can even solely use organic, eco-friendly cleaners if you booked our “green cleaning.” They’ll do a walkthrough of your home to see exactly what areas need special attention and get a feel for your expectations.

If you booked a flat rate cleaning service, our professionals will work off of their standardized checklist to ensure all areas of your home get the attention they deserve and all tasks are completed accordingly. If you booked an hourly service, you’ll be able to show the cleaners exactly what you want done and help them get an understanding your expectations. After the crew is done, you’ll do another walkthrough with them to ensure everything was done satisfactorily.

Card on file is charged

Once we know that our crew has finished cleaning your home, we’ll charge your card accordingly and send you a receipt via email or text message. If for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied with the job that was preformed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll send another crew out to make things right ASAP! We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and hope that you’ll use us many more times to come.

Follow-up email is sent

After your cleaning is done, you’ll receive a follow-up email asking you to rate your experience and specifically your cleaner(s) who attended to your home. This helps us keep track of our crews and ensures that they are meeting our high standards of service. We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible and only want to use professionals that will help us maintain that level of excellence.

Often times, we’ll also give you a call to speak to you on the phone to see how we did. We love talking to our customers that way we know what we’re doing right and what we could maybe do a little better. Our ultimate goal is to make you happy and earn your business on a regular basis. With regular customer feedback, we can always make sure we’re best suited to serve your needs.
